Final payments
Often after works are completed to a certain stage the purchaser/client
raises reasons as to why all or part of a claim will not be paid. This is the
most common reason for a claimant to engage us to help retreive the
outstanding amount.

Overdue retentions: Section 12 of the act can be very useful in obtaining
cash withheld by the client beyond the contractual arrangement with out proper reason.
