Success rate
We pride ourselves on achieving results; we have no intention of wasting
our time or yours on futile claims or unreasonable applications. To date
we have prepared about 5% of applications determined since the new legislation
came into effect in May 2003.
Currently 95% of our adjudication applications have been wholly successful and the balance
mostly successful in retrieving the claimed amount. The current industry average
is about 40%.
